Multi-channel Battery Simulator
| Sketch
The FT8350 Series Battery simulator is a high-precision, multi-channel, dual-quadrant programmable battery simulator. Voltage accuracy up to 0.01%F.S., support μA level current measurement, single machine up to 24 channels, and the channels are isolated from each other, convenient multi-channel series use. The simulator supports power mode, static power consumption test function, charge mode, discharge mode, battery simulation, sequence test, pulse function and A variety of fault simulation (only A series), which can not only meet the needs of BMS test, but also meet the ATE test of consumer electronic products. Its own upper computer software is simple to operate, flexible and easy to use. Support single channel programming operation, multi-channel editing operation and multi-process programming operation.
The FT8350 series adopts a standard 19-inch chassis, 3U height, and provides LAN, RS485 and CAN communication interfaces for easy integration into the R&D and automated test platform, or can be used alone.
| Features
| Application field
BMS (Battery Management System) testing;
CMS (Overcapacity Management System) testing;
Headsets, mobile phones, tablets, e-cigarettes and other consumer electronics testing;
Power tools production test;
Other kinds of electronic products power supply test.
| Ultra-high precision
The FT8350 series is highly accurate with a voltage accuracy of 0.01%F.S. Voltage resolution as low as 0.1mV and current resolution as low as 0.1μA. For the measurement of device power consumption in standby state, the FT8350 has a current resolution of 0.1μA, which can easily measure the standby current of uA level.
| Fault Simulation function (A Series)
The FT8350 comes standard with a fault simulation function for each channel. The single machine has up to 24 independent output simulator channels, and each channel can simulate fault functions such as positive/negative short circuit, positive/negative open circuit and polarity reverse connection. Through the upper computer software direct control, eliminating the simulation of battery failure of the external matrix switch components, saving space and valuable investment for users.
| A variety of battery testing functions
FT8350 series products have power mode, battery simulation, battery charging test, discharge test, fault simulation and other battery simulation functions. To achieve multi-purpose, streamline the test equipment, optimize the test process. Users can also set cell parameters (SOC, voltage, capacity, internal resistance and other parameters fitting) curve to simulate battery output for testing products to be tested.
| supports active and passive balance
The FT8350 series adopts bidirectional current design, each channel supports current output and input, and the balance current is up to 5A. Users can customize the battery charging and discharging model and control it in real time through a special upper computer, which fully meets the requirements of active/passive balance test of BMS.

| Static power consumption test
FT8350 features high precision voltage and current measurement. Two current ranges, current accuracy up to 1μA. By supplying power to the product under test through FT8350, the static power consumption of the product under test in standby state can be visually tested, and unqualified products can be screened out.
